Cape Cod Natural Beauty

Have you ever thought about buying a summer home on the Cape? Now might be the perfect time.

Last weekend, in the midst of the gorgeous weather, I had the opportunity to take a drive to the Cape Cod National Seashore. I was reminded of days gone by when my Uncle Marty, in his "Smokey the Bear" uniform, would guide us on walks through the woods and along the shore. Of course, the winter is usually too cold to enjoy the sights and sounds of the seashore, but last weekend was glorious!

As I drove around my cousin's neighborhood in Dennis, I realized that this is indeed a great time to buy a summer home on Cape Cod.  There are 90 homes on the market in Dennis alone, ranging in price from $90,000 to $3,000,000.  That is just a sampling from one small town on the Cape. There are many housing choices available throughout the Cape Cod peninsula.  If you have ever thought of getting a summer home on Cape Cod, now is a great time to buy.

If this weekend is as nice as last past weekend was, I encourage you to take a drive down to the Cape.  It only takes an hour to get to the Sagamore Bridge from Weston, and from there you can decide the best tour route to Provincetown. The beach scapes are breathtaking. Please contact me if you want advice on having a Cape getaway.
