A Beverly man was arrested on Tuesday, June 19, at 10:09 p.m. near the Weston Mobil at 88 Boston Post Road. Walter VanHeerden, 53, of 84 Cabot St., Apt. 12, Beverly was charged with OUI liquor and violating marked lanes.

6:17 p.m. – A car accident with no injuries was reported on North Avenue at Lexington Street.

10:26 p.m. – A suspicious person was reported at the town pool on Alphabet Lane.

Wednesday, June 20

10:51 a.m. – A sudden death was reported at 215A South St. It was determined to be of natural causes. 

12:10 p.m. – A car accident with no injuries was reported at 44 School St.

4:23 p.m. – A car accident with injuries was reported on South Avenue.

Tuesday, June 19

7:52 a.m. – A dog complaint was received from 115 Orchard Ave.

7:59 a.m. – Vandalism was reported at 42 Newton St.

11:50 a.m. – A dog complaint was reported at 9 Claridge Drive.

7:05 p.m. – A noise complaint was received from 1 Aspen Road.

10:09 p.m. – An arrest was made in the parking lot of the Weston Mobil at 88 Boston Post Road (see above).
